Pole Barns in Idaho

Picture
Pole barns have been used in agricultural communities of Idaho for decades. Historically employed in farmsteads, pole barns or post frame barns are best known for storing equipment and hay or housing livestock. But even away from the rural likes of Twin Falls, Blackfoot, and Lewiston and closer to areas such as Idaho Falls, Coeur d’Alene, and Boise, pole barns abound. That’s because many post frame buildings you see today are fitted with living quarters and commercial applications.

As it turns out, it takes only a few modifications to transform a pole barn into an arena, guest home, workshop, office or loft. To make a space more comfortable, many install insulation, heat, and air conditioning. Many features beyond that – doors, windows, and flooring among them – can be tailored to your color, size, and style preferences.

What comes standard with our pole barns, regardless of aesthetic choices, is structural integrity. That means that even in the heavy snow and fierce winters of Idaho your pole barn can be relied upon on to protect your livestock, possessions, and loved ones. Our contractors are experienced professionals and have what it takes to build your pole barn both quickly and with expertise.

Pole barns or Post frame buildings are a fast and cost effective way of creating an indoor covered storage. Complete building packages are built to order or custom design. Pole barns and steel structures can be prefabricated or stick built on site. These barns, sheds, garages, arenas, wood storage, riding arenas, or workshops, can be any color, any size, one and two stories. Some people build living quarters or office space inside of these structures. With a little light framing, some sheetrock and insulation it makes an inexpensive guest bedroom or office and will still keep the structure looking how you have dreamed it to look.
